3. What payment methods are available?

We currently offer:

  • Cash on Delivery and  via JazzCash


4. What are the Cash on Delivery (COD) charges?

  • COD charges are PKR 250 via JazzCash

  • These charges are non-refundable


5. What is your return or exchange policy?

Due to hygiene reasons, undergarments are not returnable or exchangeable.


6. What if I receive the wrong color?

We always prioritize correct size over color.
In rare cases, if the exact color is unavailable, a similar color may be dispatched to avoid any size compromise.


7. Do you compromise on size?

No. We never compromise on size.
Size accuracy is our top priority, which is why color variation may occur in rare situations.


8. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos for assistance.

Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 working days, depending on your location.
