At Wellsire, we prioritize hygiene, comfort, and product quality.

Due to the intimate nature of our products, all undergarments are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered.

Important Information:

• Returns are not free.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) charges of PKR 250 via JazzCash are non-refundable.

• We strictly prioritize correct sizing. In rare cases, if a specific color is unavailable,  another  color may be dispatched to avoid any size compromise.

• Size-based returns or exchanges are not accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Products:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo or video evidence.
Our team will review the issue and assist you accordingly.
