Refund Policy
At Wellsire, we prioritize hygiene, transparency, and product quality.
Due to the intimate nature of our products, refunds are not applicable once the order is delivered, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
Important Information:

Refunds are not offered for change of mind, size issues, or color preferences.

Cash on Delivery (COD) charges of PKR 250 via JazzCash are non-refundable.

Refunds are not free.

If a return is approved, the customer must dispatch the product to our return address at their own cost.

All delivery and return courier charges (DC) must be paid by the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Products:
Refunds are only considered if:

The item received is damaged, or
-
The item received is incorrect.
In such cases:

The customer must contact Wellsire within 24 hours of delivery.

Clear photo or video evidence must be provided for verification.

Once approved, the customer must return the product to the provided return address.
Refund Processing Time:

After the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be approved and processed within 5–7 working days.

Refunds will be issued via JazzCash or the original payment method, where applicable.
